1. Customized training This training is targeted for the spiritual leadership team. This could be paid staff, an elder board or deacon group. The goal would be help cultivate an environment that values and moves toward spiritual health. · Initial onsite visit to meet with pastor to do assessment and develop plan · Then, a CPR Ministry team member would spend one day per month on site with the pastor and his team as part of a six month commitment. · During the one day per month, a half day would be spent personally with the pastor and a half day would be spent working with the team.
2. Local church events · Staff retreats · Leadership retreats · Small Group Leaders gathering · Church-wide Spiritual Health Weekend
3. Pastors Coaching Networks These networks would seek to bring together 12 pastors in a city or local region. These networks would be held one day per month and would require an initial 6 month commitment. · Objectives · Build lasting relationships · Training that is relevant and practical · Core content · Theology of Self Care · Survival Tactics · Conflict Management · Systems and structure
4. Conferences and Seminars · Conferences Michael is available to speak at conferences. His focus would be to raise awareness of the crisis of spiritual leadership and help leaders implement strategies that develop healthy churches. · District or regional CPR Ministries seminars for pastors and/or perspective students going into the pastorate. These seminars would seek to gather 50-75 pastors for a one-day, interactive experience around the themes of Care, Prevention & Restoration.
